Conditions for Acceptance

  • Condition: Item must show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Packaging: Original boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards (if applicable), and protective wrapping must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items (Critical)

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their custom nature or hygiene regulations.

Customized & Personalized Products

Items that have been personalized, such as those with custom name embossing or specialized detailing, are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been delivered. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before confirming your order.
