Comprehensive Payment Policy

1. General Payment Terms and Currency
1.1. Currency: All prices displayed and all transactions processed on this Website are conducted in the local currency (PKR), unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by the payment gateway for international transactions. The customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or financial institution.
1.2. Pricing and Taxes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price includes applicable sales tax or VAT where required by law. Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed clearly before the final checkout step.
1.3. Order Finality: An order is not deemed final and accepted by Brands By Rai until payment has been fully processed, verified, and successfully transferred to our accounts. Until this verification is complete, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We strive to offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods. Availability of specific methods may vary based on your geographic location.
- Major Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major card networks are accepted via secure, third-party payment gateways.
- Bank Transfers / Easy Paisa / JazzCash: Direct bank transfer options are available upon request or for specific high-value transactions. Instructions for these methods will be provided at checkout or by customer service.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be offered for eligible orders within specified regions, subject to a value limit determined by the Company. Custom and high-value orders are typically ineligible for COD (see Section 4).
3. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention
3.1. Data Security: We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL) and secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactional data. Brands By Rai **does not store** your full credit card details or sensitive financial information on our servers.
3.2. Fraud Checks: All transactions are subjected to rigorous fraud screening. We reserve the right to request additional verification (e.g., photo ID, utility bill) before processing high-risk or suspicious payments. Failure to provide necessary documentation may result in the immediate cancellation and refund of the order.
3.3. Unauthorized Use: The customer assumes all responsibility for unauthorized use of their payment method. If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account related to Brands By Rai, you must immediately contact your bank and notify our customer service team.
4. Customization and Advance Payment Requirements
4.1. Advance Payment Requirement: Due to the bespoke nature and commitment involved in manufacturing **Customized Orders**, a mandatory non-refundable advance deposit is required before production begins. The specific amount will be calculated and communicated during the customization process.
4.2. Custom Order Ineligibility for COD: Customized Orders are **ineligible for Cash on Delivery (COD)** and require full or partial payment upfront.
4.3. Final Balance Payment: If an advance deposit was paid, the remaining balance must be cleared in full before the item is dispatched. Failure to pay the final balance within seven (7) days of notification that the item is complete may result in the forfeiture of the advance deposit.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
5.1. Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds (per the Return Policy) are processed within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is determined by your bank or payment provider.
5.2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment whenever possible. If the original method is unavailable (e.g., failed COD order), we will issue the refund via bank transfer upon confirmation of your bank details.
5.3. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Brands By Rai to resolve the dispute is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any unjust chargebacks and suspend future service to the customer involved.
5.4. Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping, handling fees, and non-refundable advance deposits for customized items are not included in any refund amount.
